Broomhall Business Park, off the new Broomhall roundabout, is the brainchild of developer, Sean Porter of SPC. "I wanted to build a showcase of signature flexible buildings, housing professional practices, corporate headquarters and innovative companies".
The overall plan commands an investment in excess of €40 million and Phase One was reserved on launch in 2006 and has since welcomed a wide range of businesses, from cross sectors such as IT/ software design, legal & financial, professional services, food production, manufacturers, and distributors. Since the first businesses took occupancy in June 2007, there have been over 200 jobs created. Phase Two is now being unveiled and is expected to be launched in 2012. Each building has unique criteria.
Broomhall Management Company
Another first at Broomhall is the provision of a Professional On Site Management Company.
The Management Company looks after the day to day needs of clients of the park in terms of cleaning, maintenance, landscaping and other services. In addition, the Management Company offers connections into the many business support agencies, business partnerships and business networks which are available to enterprise, both locally and nationally.
The main hub of Phase Two, known as Synergy Plaza, will house the Management Company office suites, along with entrepreneur hot desks, office suites, meeting rooms, conference facilities, creche and coffee dock. along with telecom integration between buildings, wired and wireless broadband, Broomhall will have its own permanent exchange providing clients with access to the latest telecommunications systems for voice and data.
